Abstract :
The work concerns with an improving watermarking algorithm that embeds binary image data invisibly into an original image based on discrete wavelet transform (DWT). According to the HVS, the proposed algorithm embeds a watermark into the proper coefficients of sub-bands LH2, HL2 and LL2 of an image. In order to blindly extract the watermark, we insert the watermark by using quantized modulation strategy. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is robust against some common attacks such as JPEG compression, cropping operation and so on.
