Abstract
Enterprises are often confronted with high cost and resource availability problems under disruptions. To solve these problems, emergency cooperation mechanisms between enterprises are presented in this paper. Specifically, horizontal and vertical emergency cooperation mechanisms between enterprises are studied. Furthermore, a concept of emergency-oriented third party mechanism is presented. In this paper, the disruptions are classified into four categories based on probability and consequence, and the decision making among the emergency mechanisms under different disruption categories is studied. This research expands the existing research results and provides useful recommendations for enterprise-level emergency management practice.
