Abstract :
In this paper, we propose an algorithm for removing Gaussian noise from signal while preserving important details for further processing. The algorithm is based on wavelet modulus maximum theory. A wavelet transform modulus maximum algorithm for signal denoising was presented and analyzed deeply. The simulation results show that the method is effective in both noise removing and detail preserving.
