Abstract :
Summary form only given. Theoretical based on the conservation laws for a magnetically insulated transmitting line (MITL), a set of equations for the relativistic factor corresponding to the voltage on the electron flow layer edge in a forward going wave and that reflected from a load are derived. An interpretation of conversion of the MITL vacuum electron current into the cathode current (retrapping) accompanied by a minimum decrease in voltage and a slight increase in current on the load is proposed.
