Basic characteristics of a body protection orthosis by using silicon outer fence mold actuator

With respect to an elderly person who is not physically handicapped, the bone fracture in tendency to fall sometimes becomes a big issue. That is to say, many aged people come to keep bed by reason of the bone fracture of thighbone cervix in the tendency to fall. Therefore, we propose a new type of body protection orthosis by using a pneumatic silicon outer fence mold element. In this paper, basic characteristic of the element that is used in the orthosis is clarified through some experimental results.
