Abstract
The performance of a recently developed FM ultrasonic gas flow rate sensor was considerably improved, and a small-diameter measurement pipe suitable for a wide range of flow velocities was also developed experimentally. Various experiments were conducted in order to verify that the accuracy obtained was almost practical. After simplification, the proposed sensor will be applicable to gas meter, for example.
