Abstract :
Building institution of equipment procurement project management is an important goal of the equipment procurement institution revolutionary and choosing the right organizational structure is primary issue to achieve the goal. Based on the characteristics of the project, the paper builds the choosing model of equipment procurement project organization structure, and designs a quantitative method. Through the application example, the validity of the choosing method is proved.
