Abstract
This article studied on the line-speed Deep Packet Inspection, analyzing and studying the multi-pattern matching algorithm. Based on the reasonable grouping and storage for patterns, proposing a multi-pattern matching algorithm based on TCAM acceleration. Performance analyzing showed that, the algorithm had lower cost than the other algorithm based on hardware, and made the use of the advantages of TCAM. It could satisfy the line-speed demand in the real-time multi-pattern matching inspection.
