Abstract
The present work investigates dispersion properties of cyclotron waves in boundless semiconductor-dielectric periodic structure. We consider the case of wave´s propagation at some angle to a magnetic field directed along the periodicity axis of layered structure. The distinctive feature of the problem considered here is that the Maxwell equations for a semiconductor are not separated into field components for two independent polarizations. Elliptically polarized waves, involving six field components, are eigenmodes of the medium. The semiconductor layer of the structures is considered in a hydrodynamic description and it is supposed that the dissipation processes are neglected.
