Abstract :
The aim of our work is the investigation of the possibility of instability creation at electron-hole plasma of uniform semiconductor. It is assumed that the thermal velocity of electron lightly exceeds the thermal velocity of holes. Th main result of the work is that the resonant interaction between the electron and the hole arises. Both of the waves must have negative phase velocity.
