Abstract :
The efficiency of supply chain is depends on the stable operation of the food supply chain. However, food supply chains suffer many disturbances in recent years, which causes low stability of the supply chain, and low efficiency of supply chain, and even leads to the collapse of the entire supply chain. So this paper try to set up an evaluation model of food supply chain stability based on unascertained measure and comentropy theory. This paper summaries different kinds factors affecting food supply chain stability from existing articles, and uses unascertained measure to find out the distribution probability matrix of secondary indicators. Then the paper uses comentropy theory to find out the weight of first-class indicators. Based on the findings of distribution probability matrix and weight of first-class indicators, the paper finally puts forward a evaluation model to measures the stability of food supply chain and also gives a numeric example to demonstrate the efficiency and reliability of the evaluation model.
