Abstract
The wave processes in semiconductor and semiconductor-dielectric structures are of the great interest. There are many works dedicated to the wave phenomena in semiconductor-dielectric structure. In these works space and surface wave phenomena of various nature were studied. In the present work the microwave phenomena in multilayered semiconductor-dielectric structure with diffraction grating are considered.
