Abstract
The experiments were made with Fragaria×ananassa Duch. cv. Toyonoka. It was studied that the effects of temperature on chlorophyll fluorescence of Fragaria×ananassa Duch. cv. Toyonoka by PAM-2100 in normal light environment. The activity of PSIIand the parameter of chlorophyll fluorescence in leaves such as conversion efficiency of primary light energy (Fv /Fm ) of PSII, the photochemical quenching coefficient (qP), and the quantum yield of PSII electron transport (Yield) were decreased respectively when temperature is 5°C, 10°C and 25 °C. In all, when temperature is 15°C and 20°C, the value of Fv /Fm , yield, qP were higher. It showed that in normal light environment, the temperature from 15°C to 20°C is benefit to the photosynthesis of Fragaria×ananassa Duch. cv. Toyonoka.
