Abstract :
Real-time measurement of the torque is needed in modern ship control system. This paper proposes a method which can collect torque data in real time and transport them based on wireless communication, then send to the computer. The hardware circuit and the data collection system are also illustrated in this paper. By using the polling mode, the multipoint data acquisition is achieved. The reliability of communication is guaranteed by designing a reasonable communication protocol. The system is tested to be of high feasibility.
