    Information, Better Information the Best Information possible. The data coming from the buoys in the SmartBay Buoy Network and accessed through the SmartBay web portal and keeping that data flowing given the operational issues surrounding running a buoy network are paramount in any setting, add the Northwest Atlantic to the equation and the challenge increases significantly.
