Abstract :
Based on the conventional self-coded spread spectrum (SESS) concept, a new method is presented to generate the spreading codes with the auto-regressive (AR) filter algorithm. Besides the inherent characteristic of dynamical variable spreading sequences, this adaptive method enhances the BER performance of SESS systems under a low signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio situation. The dynamical characteristic of this approach will also assure the random nature of spreading codes. The theoretical analysis and simulation of this method is presented in this paper.
