Abstract
The final purpose in our study is to develop of an automatic real-time visual measurement system for person moving in house, shop, hospital and so on. The system is configured by a camera connected to a computer via a network. Measurement of person traveling using a camera requires the object tracking technique. Thus, we present an object tracking method using a positioning control of camera in this paper. The specifications of usual network cameras are not so much high and it is difficult to control such cameras via network fast because the sampling rate is limited due to the delay of the network. So this paper takes dynamics of a camera for the tracking system into account to consider the inter-sample behavior during delays
