Abstract
Óbuda University has more than twenty five years´ tradition for teaching of mechatronics. Using these experiences we developed a complex equipment that facilitates training of complex systems that accomplish synergic integration. The training system comprises components that perform pneumatic movement and manipulation and control of them, these are controlled by a programmable logic controller. The task is sorting of work pieces made of various materials. Difference of materials is detected and evaluated by a measuring block that consists of three sensors, than based on this information it determines the movement target. In the article we introduce the architecture of the system by description of individual partial tasks. Finally we will determine the basic structure of the PLC program that performs the tasks of controlling and realisation.
