A study of the websites for disasters in consideration of the time passage after the disaster and the characteristics of the area

The object of this research is to build information system for disaster. It is required to get useful information quickly in times of disaster. However, in the disaster-hit area, the disaster victims are likely to decide their actions by themselves, as the administration depress and cannot communicate the information of the disaster. Therefore, the effectiveness of the Internet is important. It is considered how to support the disaster victims in times of disaster, while the administration gets over the destruct. The system has mainly three view points: network infrastructure, Web contents and interaction between the victims and Web sites. As shown in this research, it is found that the quality of the information is changing following the time and the damage rates of the area. The victims shall be able to get necessary information timely in consideration of the time passages and the characteristic of the local area. And the information shall be update following these results on the bases of the demand of the victims. In this presentation, it is suggested about the Web contents to offer
