Abstract :
Coverage of common single access point Wi-Fi network is not enough to service a building or a campus site. It is a fact that Wi-Fi is the most implemented Wireless network protocol on handheld devices. Implementing Wi-Fi networks based on the current well-known IEEE802.11 protocol with mobility over a large coverage area, and reliable for VoIP service, was our aim in this project. We propose a design concept to implement such networks tested on a lab scale.
