Abstract :
The application of the metal-semimetal contacts of the BiSb film as an indicator in the sensor of the microwave power is perspective. The indicators allow to solve various engineering problems that has to be solved by the author of the devises of the microwave band. The thermocouple sensors will be adjusted with microwave circuit for the usage of waveguides. They will be the absorbed sensors.
