Abstract :
Since the invention of the Savonius Rotor, people have been using rapidly an analog instrument to measure the ocean water current. The limited accuracy of an analog instrument result in a new digital instrument. This project was designing a digital instrument for Ocean Engineering Department. The digital instrument was built from the scratch and the procedure for investigate, design, and test will be explained in this paper
