Abstract :
In summary, we developed ultranarrow linewidth and high-power MQW DFB lasers at 1.3-μm wavelength. We demonstrated an output power of 150 mW and a linewidth of 137 kHz, which makes these devices suitable for analog fiber communications and photonic microwave generation
