Abstract :
The presented equivalent scheme of the reflection OR made it possible to estimate the excitation efficiency of the low-order oscillation TEM00q in the case of slot and aperture coupling elements. It has been found that the aperture coupling element provides a higher excitation efficiency of oscillations over the whole tuning range of the resonator.
