The division between urban and rural pension systems embodies in the segmentation in the current information management systems of pension insurance, which, in turn solidifies the fragmentation of pension insurance system. Facing the dual pressures of system integration and management informationalization, the information management system of pension insurance should make the most of network information technologies and various current information systems, change from a system-based design to a process-based one, thus complete the reconstruction of the information management system of pension insurance.
