Abstract :
The wideband suppression electromagnetic stop-band microstrip structure is presented. Simulation results show a great potential of considered EBG structure utilizing for high efficiency power amplifiers due to its wide and deep stopband for higher harmonics up to fifth inclusively. Thus, the dissipated in transistor power is able to become lower value, that can lead to polyharmonic amplifier´s efficiency increase.
