Abstract :
The cloud represents a computing paradigm where shared configurable resources are supplied as a service over the Internet. Adding intra-or intercloud link assets to the resource blend leads to a networked cloud computing environment. Following the cloud infrastructure as a Service paradigm and in alignment to conceive a flexible administration framework, it is of paramount importance to address efficiently the asset mapping difficulty inside this context. To deal with the inherent complexity and scalability issue of the asset mapping problem over different administrative domains, in this paper a hierarchical structure is recounted. First a innovative demand partitioning approach founded on Iterated Local Search is introduced that facilitates the cost-efficient and online dividing of client requests amidst suitable cloud service providers (CPs) inside a networked cloud environment. Following and capitalizing on the outcome of the request partitioning stage, the embedding stage-where the genuine mapping of demanded virtual to personal assets is presented can be realized through the use of a circulated intra cloud asset mapping approach that permits for efficient and balanced share of cloud assets. Finally, a thorough evaluation of the proposed general framework on a simulated networked cloud environment is provided and critically contrasted against an accurate demand partitioning answer as well as another widespread intradomain virtual asset embedding answer.
