Abstract :
The interest in E-Mobility is constantly increasing in Germany and worldwide. As a possible buffer between volatile feed-in from renewable energies and the just as flexible demand for electricity, E-Mobility could administer a great deal on the way to a new mobility and energy supply concept. But the concrete effects of E-Mobility on the electrical energy supply system have not been in the center of attention so far. To be able to consider individual mobility behavior in low voltage (400 V) grids, individual weekly load profiles were generated for every electric vehicle (EV), in this study. The resulting additional load for the grid was investigated as a function of the penetration for two real low voltage networks in urban areas. This was done by scrutinizing the trend of the three grid parameters transformer load, cable load and voltage fall. Besides it was possible to estimate the maximum load simultaneity.
