It is an important reason of the miscues of Duck Electric Co. that the frequent turnover of top management team leads to the whole company unstable and policy variable. This paper analyzes the situations of frequent turnover of top management team and its adverse consequences in Duck Electric Co., it also illustrates the stability of the senior managers is significant to the development of enterprise from the perspective of team cohesion. With the painful lessons of Duck Electric Co., several suggestions on how to build a stable top management team are proposed in the last of this article, which will alert the similar companies to a certain degree.
