Abstract :
A method is proposed for aggregating individual fuzzy opinions into an optimal group consensus. By optimality, we mean the relative similarity between consensus and each individual opinion equals its aggregation weight. First, a similarity measure for trapezoidal fuzzy numbers is proposed. Then, we propose an iterative procedure for approximating the optimal consensus of expert opinions. Finally, the importance of each expert is taken into consideration in the process of aggregation
