Abstract :
The problem of radiation from the two-element array of rectangular waveguides excited by transient current is solved in time domain by the evolutionary equation technique, Riemann function method and the method of vector potential. The field radiated from an open end of a rectangular waveguide is calculated in Kirchhoff approximation. The solution is used for finding of the field radiated from the array with different time delay in each element excitation by principle of superposition. The theoretical results are compared with ones obtained by means of direct numerical calculation.
