Abstract :
An electromagnetic DC actuator with multi degrees of freedom intended for use in the joints of robots was developed. The principle of the synchronous motor is extensively applied in the construction of an electromagnetic DC actuator with multi degrees of freedom. Experimental results by the developed actuator show the characteristics of low torque and slow response to be used robots.
