The management of ecological systems in our natural reserves is a complicated system project leading by the government. Relying on the project, this paper introduces “Agreement to protect” mechanism which encourages all rural families in the community and social organizations to participate in the management in order to ease the biodiversity crisis in transition bands of natural reserves, and protect the integrality of ecological system as well as the safety of their core and experimental areas. Then, it can help relieve the strain of the government and offset problems in nature reserves, such as subject vacancy and improper management in the management system.
