Abstract
This paper aims to present and analyze an approach called DIRCE for Requirements Elicitation and Design of Interaction focusing on the Communication and Exploration of ideas. This approach enables professionals focus on interaction aspects since the early stages of the process of development of an innovative system. Such approach has been applied in digital TV content creation systems. In this paper, we present a case study of the application of this approach, whose result provided an analysis of the use of new techniques to engage both users and the development team in order to improve the process of requirements elicitation and teamwork.
