After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

According to 2000–2007 years´ correlation data which are supplied by GTA Research Service Center and GENIUS FINANCE, it takes the non-finance listed companies as the research object and builds a measuring model of determining factors firstly, then makes a regression analysis of the investment determinatives and attempts to reveal the major problem of investment existing in non-financial listed companies.
