Abstract
Sharing the opinion is a very common task in the World Wide Web. They express their feelings in social networks, blogs forums and so on. They can write their reviews about products that they have purchased. These reviews are used by potential users to decide whether to buy the product or select another one. They are also used by product manufacturers to identify product popularity, estimate brand reputation and to find competitive information about their competitors. So it is not very strange that spammers target this area and post spam reviews beneath the products to achieve their goals. This kind of spam is called product review spam. This papers aims to represent a literature review of what have done on review spam recognition.
