With the spreading of financial crisis, Hong Kong, Taiwan´s logistics industry faced significant challenges. It also accelerated the logistics cooperation and coordination with Mainland. The paper first analysis the basis for logistics cooperation, including economic and cultural ties, infrastructure convergence, logistics strengths, as well as the favorable factors, including logistics linkages of Guangdong and Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Hong Kong Logistics, CEPA and cross-strait direct flights. Based on the above analysis, the paper presents the objectives, measures and prospects of logistics industry cooperation, also the possible effects of ECFA.
