Abstract :
High performance work system will not only enable enterprise to adapt better to change market environment, but also can enhance the competitiveness of enterprise. Seven key factors, affecting the operation of high performance work system, are extracted, aims to put forward " turtle "model to study the various factors on the company to achieve high mechanisms of performance work system, and the interaction between various factors were tentative explored.
