Along with the rapid development of economic, multi-project management is more and more important, and the performance appraisal of multi-project management is one of the most important parts. So, it s crucial how to evaluate the performance of multi-project management accurately and scientifically. In this article we establish a new evaluation index system of the performance of multi-project management, and use the Method of Multiple Attribute Decision Making Based on the Projection to evaluate the performance of multi-project management.
