It is the objective request of economical development to train IT talents with high practice ability and comprehensive quality, also is the intrinsic need of the university survival and development. This article profits the success experience from the Indian University IT education, inquired into a new outlet and the breach of our higher vocational education in IT personnel training pattern, has formulated a curriculum system implementation plan of “the school-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination” characteristic quality, so as to make the IT talents meet the need of the IT industry development.
