After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The focus of the country finance reform is always on its system innovation in China. Analyzing the problems in the current country finance system, the thesis discusses the ways and means which would be applied during the country finance system innovation. It aims for making suggestions in promoting the country capital market establishment and perfecting the country finance competition system.
