This paper narrates Mitchell´s method for classification of performance examination subjects, briefly analyzes examination subjects for environmental performance of local Party and government leaders, and classifies them into latent stakeholders (including dormant stakeholders, or possible stakeholders and requirement stakeholders), expectant stakeholders (including key stakeholders, subordinate stakeholders and dangerous stakeholders), and authoritative stakeholders, etc.; meanwhile, it also analyzes relationship between evaluation results and its credibility for the examination subjects of different leaders; finally, this paper concludes that bigger degree of interest correlation between examination subjects and objects causes more unbelievable evaluation results.
