Abstract
In time Petri nets (TPNs) firing a transition takes no time but the firing instant lies in a time domain. The firing time domain of a transition enabled in a marking depends on that marking transition and on the way that marking is reached. This type of dependency complicates the representation of the reachability and the analysis of TPNs. The authors present a methodology to transform the reachability set of a TPN into a set which could be used for both functional and performance analysis
