Abstract :
The Handling Technology in container terminals apron is more in line with closed Markov queuing model assumptions, We use an approximate mean-value algorithm to evaluate the closed Markov queuing model of performance indicators, take Crane´s efficiency and the waste cost of the machinery as optimization target, solve the optimal allocation of mechanical equipment, and this method can support the decision about the optimal equipment allocation in container terminals.
