This study investigated the relationships of psychological capital, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job performance of young employees in WISCO. Empirical research results revealed that psychological capital have a positive impact on job performance; in the process of testing the mediating effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction, we found that the enterprise WISCO had its own particularity, and then provided our explanations and suggestions. The conclusion has important reference value for other state-owned enterprises.
