Abstract
One of the key problems to be solved for modeling and executing, automatically, a service-oriented telecom business process is to match some right services to the activities defined in a workflow, for their might be in different granularities. This paper puts forward a kind of matching method based on the telecom service ontology description. This method describe the telecom services with the ontology technology first, and then match the activities in a workflow to some relative services through their function description, their interfaces parameters and their actuating logic definitions. This method could be also applied to some other domains in which it is necessary to improve the accuracy and efficiency for matching some services to the activities defined in a workflow with different granularities.
