Abstract :
This paper used fuzzy mathematics method to study random service system. That is called fuzzy random service system. Authors applied the fuzzy structured element theory to analyze fuzzy random service system, then define order-preserving transform of bounded monotone functions on the symmetric interval [-1, 1], thus, the complicacy and infeasibility of fuzzy number´s operation based on Extension Principle in tradition analysis of fuzzy random service system is overcome availably. This method can provide abundant information for managerial decision.
