Notice of Retraction

To ensure stable production, improve oil recovery, expand economical benefit, by investigating the operational status at home and abroad, in this paper, we define the low grade reservoir and study its evaluation methods. This is meaningful to guarantee the increasing oil-production, keep the supply and demand balance of native oil-market, and extend the strategically succeeding time of petroleum resources.
