This Week groups in the employment field are mainly referred to those graduates in college and university, who have difficulties in finding jobs. In this paper, week groups and its manifestation were advanced by comprehensive using literature research method, systematic analysis method and survey research method, and it become an important work for college and university to help and guide those graduates who have difficulties in finding jobs. Also, a system has been established to help and guide those week groups to find jobs without too much trouble. A conclusion was draw that those week groups could find jobs without any trouble by establishing exercisable and efficient work strategies, and by fully bring the leading role of college and university on employment services and guidance.
