Abstract :
An opportunity arises for agriculture-related enterprises to use agriculture e-commerce to fulfil the task of reconstruction and development disaster-area after disaster. This article employs Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method and improved D&M model as the framework for analysis. Accordingly, the article has also proposed some strategies to develop agricultural Ecommerce.
